Preorder Information
What is a preorder?
Many of the items offered by Lottie & Lettie are available through preorder. This allows us to offer a wider variety of thoughtfully selected children’s clothing, accessories, and gifts at affordable prices without carrying a large amount of inventory.
When you purchase a preorder item, the item is not currently in stock. Your order is reserved and then ordered from our vendor after the preorder closes.
How Preorders Work
- Shop our current preorder selections and place your order before the listed closing date.
- Once the preorder closes, Lottie & Lettie submits the final order to our vendor.
- The estimated turnaround time begins after the vendor order is submitted, not on the date you place your individual order.
- Once your items arrive to us, we will inspect and prepare them for pickup or shipping.
- You will be notified as soon as your order is ready!
Estimated Arrival Times
Each preorder will include an estimated turnaround time or expected arrival date whenever one is available. Please remember that these dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Because preorder merchandise is produced and/or shipped by outside vendors, delays can occasionally occur that are outside of our control. We will always communicate significant delays or updates when we receive them.
Ordering Multiple Preorder Items
If your order contains items with different estimated arrival dates, your order will generally be ready once all items have arrived. If you would like items shipped separately as they arrive, additional shipping charges may apply.
Pickup & Shipping
Local pickup is available for customers in our area. Shipping is also available for an additional charge. You will receive notification when your order is ready for pickup or has been shipped.
Changes & Cancellations
Because preorder quantities are submitted to our vendors based on customer orders, preorder purchases are considered final once the preorder has closed and the vendor order has been placed. Please double-check sizes, colors, personalization, and other selections before submitting your order.
